McDonald’s has been for 50 years part of Guatemalans lifes delivering great service, quality and presence in a cool and playful way. But despite this, this new generation of young people seems to be less connected to the i’m loving it brand. 
How can McDonald’s connect with their loyal costumers but specially with Gen Z to celebrate their 50th year anniversary?


Creative Finding
Behaviors now a days have digitalize... Young people due to social media influence have created a new way of sharing when they love something; using their index and thumb fingers to form a heart 🫰​​​​​​​.


Insight
Hands get messy enjoying McDonald's iconic products such as; french fries, dipping a chicken nugget or putting up some ketchup. Fun fact, since always we have used our index and thumb fingers to grab our favorite meal pieces (just like the new Gen Z heart sign).
